Barbara V. Johnson graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1988. From 1988-1993 she was an associate with the Law Office of Betty Read. Since April of 1993 Ms. Johnson has been a solo practitioner until her children, Donya Johnson and Don D. Johnson Jr., joined the firm. Barbara V. Johnson has over twenty years experience in Family Law, founded Johnson Family Law P.C. and is currently the President of the Corporation.
Education: Ms. Johnson has Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Professional Services and Organizations: -Served on the Child Support Guideline Review Committee. -Served on the Board of Directors of New Mexico State Bar, Family Law Section, Continuing Legal Education and Legislative Committees. -Served as the Chairperson of the Family Law Section. -Served as the President of New Mexico Women’s Bar Association. -Served on the State Bar of -Served on the Board of Directors for the Albuquerque Women’s -Courthouse Booth, Albuquerque Bar Association, Volunteer Lawyers Office. -Volunteer service to pro se litigants at the Women’s Awards: -Robert H.
