Child support

Mr. Johnson assists his clients in determining the amount of child support that may be required in a divorce or modification action.  Also, as one parent's income increases or decreases some clients may seek increases or decreases in the amount of child support they are obligated to pay. 

Late or missing Support Payments

In most cases Mr. Johnson can obtain a wage assignment so that child support is automatically deducted from paychecks to avoid late or missing payments.

Custody and visitation

During the divorce, Don Johnson Jr. advocates the position of the client regarding custody or visitation, both on a temporary basis during the litigation and for final purposes.  Mr. Johnson focuses on the best interest of the child or children throughout the litigation and reminds his clients of the most important part of custody and visitation...the child, or children.
