Child support

Johnson Family Law P.C. assists our clients in determining the amount of child support that may be required in a divorce or modification action.  Also, as one parent's income increases or decreases some clients may seek increases or decreases in the amount of child support they are obligated to pay.

Late or missing Support Payments

In most cases we can obtain a wage assignment so that child support is automatically deducted from paychecks to avoid late or missed payments.

Custody and visitation

During the divorce, our firm advocates the position of the client regarding custody or visitation, both on a temporary basis during the litigation and for final purposes.  We focus on the best interest of the child or children throughout the process and remind our clients of the most important part of custody and visitation...the child, or children.
