Domestic violence restraining orders

Don Johnson Jr. takes domestic violence issues very seriously. Restraining orders are available to prohibit contact between parties protecting the victims from further acts of domestic violence. http://www.domesticviolence.org/

Occasionally one parent may use false allegations of domestic violence as a tactic to gain advantages in a divorce proceeding. Mr. Johnson will vigorously defend his clients against these allegations and help restore order to the proceedings.
